Azahar Mexican Kitchen is looking for hardworking and dependable dishwashers who help maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen.

Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines properly
Wash and sanitize kitchenware, dishes, and utensils
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish areas
Monitor dish machine performance and sanitation standards
Remove trash and maintain cleaning supplies
Support kitchen staff during busy periods

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Comfortable working in wet, humid, and loud environments
